Request new student card or bank card

1. The student lost their card
2. The student forgot the password and can’t remember the old password.  

INSTRUCTIONS for STUDENTS:

1. Fill out the form Send pdf file to interphd@nida.ac.th
2. The program processed the Education Service Division for 1-2 business days
3. After the Education Service Division processes it, the bank will provide the card in 2 weeks.
