IRB
Importance information:
If the student’s work is related to humans, like questionnaires or interviews, please get through the IRB process and wait for their approval. Otherwise, your work will be invalid.
INSTRUCTIONS for STUDENTS:
1. Go to the IRB website below and read their instructions or contact an IRB officer.
2. After the student fills out the forms, please submit them to the IRB officer again before processing them further.
3. The student needs to get the advisor’s signature themselves (even though at that moment their advisor and dean are the same person)
4. Submit the forms to the Ph.D. officer by program email to process them further with dean’s signature
5. The Ph.D. officer sends the forms back once they’re finished.
Current Services:
We will process it further within 3-5 business days (or at latest 5-7 business days) after we receive your complete form.
